TO ALL CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST JAVELIN SYSTEMS, INC. This shall serve as notice that JAVELIN SYSTEMS, INC., a Georgia corporation (the "Corporation"), has been dissolved. All creditors and claimants of the Companies, including any contingent claims, must present their claims in writing to Winston and Strawn LLP, 1111 Louisiana Street, Floor 25, Houston, Texas 77002, c/o Lauren Randle. Included in such statements of claim must be (1) the amount of the claim, (2) the name and contact information of the claimants, and (3) and summary of the basis for the claim. Any claim against the dissolved corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice. 1-4/2019
