NOTICE OF MERGER APPLICATION, BRANCH APPLICATION AND APPLICATION FOR INTERIM BANK CHARTER Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (the "OCC") to form ACB Main Office Relo Interim Bank, National Association, Atlanta, Georgia 30326, for approval of the merger of ACB Main Office Relo Interim Bank, National Association, Atlanta, Georgia 30326, with and into Atlantic Capital Bank, National Association, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402, and for permission to establish a staffed branch office of Atlantic Capital Bank, National Association at 1110 Market Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402. The sole purpose of the proposed transactions is to effect the relocation of the main office of Atlantic Capital Bank, National Association from Chattanooga, Tennessee to Atlanta, Georgia under applicable regulations. The sole purpose of the application to establish a branch is to allow Atlantic Capital Bank, National Association to maintain the current location of its main office as a branch subsequent to the relocation of its main office. All offices of Atlantic Capital Bank, National Association will continue to operate. This notice is published pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1828(c) and 12 C.F.R. § 5.8. Anyone may submit written comments in connection with this application within 30 calendar days of the initial publication date of this notice (by March 2, 2019).
