In Accordance with O.C.G.A Section 36-61-18 (E)

In accordance with O.C.G.A Section 36-61-18 (e), the Fulton County Urban Redevelopment Agency has filed with the local governing body, being the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, a complete financial statement setting forth its assets, liabilities, income and operating expense as of December 31, 2019. At the time of the filing of this report, the Agency shall publish in a newspaper of general circulation in the community a notice to the effect that such report has been filed with the County and that the report is available for inspection during normal business hours in the Finance Department of Fulton County Government, which also maintains a record for the Agency. 4/27/20
