LEGAL NOTICE Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Notice is hereby given that Bank OZK, Little Rock, Arkansas intends to make application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for approval to operate branch banking facilities to be located at 2922 Clairmont Road, DeKalb County, Brookhaven, Georgia; 3215 Peachtree Road, NE, Fulton County, Atlanta, Georgia; 3579 Memorial Drive, DeKalb County, Decatur Georgia, and 824 Cleveland Avenue, Fulton County, East Point, Georgia. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director (DSC) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Area Office at 6060 Primacy Parkway, Suite 300, Memphis, Tennessee 38119, no later than March 16, 2019.
