NOTICE OF SERVICE OF PROCESS BY PUBLICATION STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA COUNTY OF ROBESON IN THE GENERAL COURT OF JUSTICE DISTRICT COURT DIVISION IN RE: BRANDON KENDRICKS, JUVENILE TO: Brandon Rico, Alleged Father - of the above named juvenile TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: Termination of your parental rights to Brandon Kendricks, the above named juvenile. You are requested to make defense at a Court Hearing scheduled for April 10, 2019 at 9:00 am. or soon thereafter that the hearing can be heard.
