Notifying the public of and requesting comment on the SRTA Title VI Program. In compliance with requirements and guidelines outlined in Federal Transit Administration Circular C 4702.1B, the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) will update its Title VI Program that includes Xpress Service Standards and Policies, major service change and fare change policies, and disparate impact policies for its transit services. Comment is requested on the Title VI proposed policies. The formal public comment period begins on February 3, 2020 and concludes on March 3, 2020. Copies of the Program may be found on the SRTA website at www.srta.ga.gov, on the Xpress website at www.xpressga.com, or at the physical address below. Additionally, a public comment hearing will be held from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 245 Peachtree Center Ave. NE, 23rd floor, Atlanta, GA 30303.
