Spill Notice ATLANTA - On December 11, 2018, a major sanitary sewer spill greater than 103,200 gallons occured at 1450 Harbin Rd SW. The collapsed pipe-induced spill caused sewage to flow into South Utoy Creek. A Department of Watershed Management wastewater services team responded to the spill on Tuesday at 2:20 p.m. The affected area has been cleaned and disinfected.
