Spill Notice ATLANTA - On Friday, December 28, 2018, a major sanitary sewer spill of an estimated 32,700 gallons occurred at 1450 Harbin Rd SW. The rain-induced spill caused sewage to flow into Utoy Creek. A Department of Watershed Management wastewater services team responded to the spill at 2:03 p.m. Friday and the affected area is in the process of being cleaned and disinfected. Stream water quality sampling has been initiated and remediation has been scheduled. The Georgia Environmental Protection Division was promptly notified. Kishia L.
