Spill Notice ATLANTA - On Friday, December 28, 2018, a major sanitary sewer spill of an estimated 14,850 gallons occurred at 1380 Battleview Dr NW. The rain-induced spill caused sewage to flow into Peachtree Creek. A Department of Watershed Management wastewater services team responded to the spill at 11: 15 a.m. Friday and the affected area is in the process of being cleaned and disinfected. Stream water quality sampling has been initiated and remediation has been scheduled. The Georgia Environmental Protection Division was promptly notified. Kishia L.
