Spill Notice ATLANTA On Monday, March 4, 2019, a major sanitary sewer spill of an estimated 117,900 gallons occurred at 3125 Parrott Ave NW. Induced by a malfunction at the Bolton Road pumping station, the spill caused sewage to flow into Proctor Creek. A Department of Watershed Management wastewater services team responded to the spill at 11:17 a.m., Monday and the affected area has been cleaned and disinfected. Stream water quality sampling has been initiated and remediation has been completed. The Georgia Environmental Protection Division was promptly notified. Kishia L.
