PUBLIC NOTICE CITY UTILITIES COMMITTEE Tuesday, February 25, 2020 10:00 a.m. The City Utilities Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing at City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Committee Room #1, on the following proposed legislation: 20-O-1029 AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER BROWN AS AMENDED BY CITY UTILITIES COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HER DESIGNEE, TO DESIGNATE GRIFFIN STREET N.W., BETWEEN MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR BOULEVARD AND JEFFERSON STREET, N.W., AS "HONORARY IVORY LEE YOUNG, JR. WAY"; TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO INSTALL HONORARY STREET NAME SIGNS AT EACH INTERSECTION; TO WAIVE CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
