PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF THE FULTON COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS REVISIONS TO THE FULTON COUNTY WATER AND SEWER ORDINANCE ARTICLES I, II, III AND IV FROM THE CODE OF ORDINANCES (CHAPTER 82, UTILITIES), STANDARD PLAN DRAWINGS, SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS AND REUSE FEES In order to accurately reflect current regulatory requirements and system operations, the Department of Public Works drafted revisions to the Fulton County Water and Sewer Ordinance Articles I, II, III and IV from the Code of Ordinances (Chapter 82, Utilities), Standard Plan Drawings, Subdivision Regulations and Reuse Fees to reference and support one another. The ordinance changes reflect information gathered from the Local Limits Study completed in 2017. The Fulton County Department of Public Works will hold public meetings from 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on the following dates: Thursday, January 24, 2019 Fulton County South Service Center 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park, Georgia 30349 Tuesday, January 29, 2019 Fulton County Water Resources Operations Center 11575 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009, 2nd Floor Persons wishing to comment on the proposed revisions to the above-referenced ordinances, standard plan drawings, subdivision regulations and reuse fees are invited to submit their comments in writing to The Fulton County Department of Public Works, 141 Pryor Street S.W., Suite 6001, Atlanta, Georgia 30303 or via e-mail at ray.wooten@fultoncountyga.gov, within 30 days of this notice. "Revisions to the Fulton County Water and Sewer Ordinance Articles I, II, III and IV" should be placed at the top of the first page of comments or subject of email.
