NOTICE. NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT OF LIEN AND SALE OF GOODS. In accordance with Ga. Com. Code § 11-7-209 and § 11-7-210, Notice is hereby given that EMO TRANS, INC. will conduct a public sale of goods held on account of Bentley Medical Products, LLC. The sale will be of various orthopedic medical supplies, including back, knee and elbow braces. Sale of these goods shall occur by auction at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the Emo Trans Warehouse located at 20 Southwoods Parkway, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30354.
