The bride is the daughter of Rhonda Carol Sheffield and Stanley Montgomery Jr. She is the granddaughter of Mr. Stanley Montgomery Sr. and the late Mrs. Gladys James Montgomery of Sumter, South Carolina. The groom is the son of Mr. And Mrs. Mark Anthony Burts Sr. He is the grandson of Mr. Henry Hill Jr. and the late Mrs.. Carolyn Hill of Asheville, North Carolina.
