Process Manager Woodbridge Holdings has an opening at its wholly owned subsidiary, Woodbridge Corp, in Lithonia, GA, for a Process Manager position. Estimate production costs, cost saving methods & the effects of product dsgn changes on expenditures. Monitor & analyze problems using SPC & other techniques to identify & implmt corrective actions & new launches. Understand HSE & TS16949 procedures & ensure teammates are following procedures. Reqs Bach deg or equiv frgn deg in Chem Eng, Industr Eng, or combo of edu & exp equiv to Bach deg in Chem Eng or Industr Eng. At least 2 yrs of exp (1) w/ production line (polyurethane) in a molded foam mfg envrmt; (2) monitoring & analyzing problems using SPC; (3) w/ robotic oper'ns. At least 1 yr of this exp must incl supv'g process engineers & process technicians.
