East Coast Migrant Head Start Project Request for Proposals Retention of Architectural Firm East Coast Migrant Head Start Project (ECMHSP) is a federally funded, nonprofit corporation that provides high-quality and comprehensive Head Start services to farmworker families. ECMHSP is seeking an architectural firm to provide full architectural services for projects to be assigned under the contract during a three-year period from March 1, 2022, through February 28, 2025. Proposals will be due by 5:00 pm (EDT) February 21, 2022. Proposals should be sent electronically to John Menditto, at menditto@ecmhsp.org.
