GOVMVMT Purchasing Cooperative Master Agreement for Substitute Teacher Services Issue Date: September 30, 2025 Proposals Due: October 28, 2025 at 3:00pm EST RFP # 25528-RFP-DST Hillsborough County Public Schools, FL (herein "Lead Public Agency") on behalf of itself and the GOVMVMT Purchasing Cooperative, the members of the Advisory Council and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein "Participating Public Agencies") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to enter into a Master Agreement(s) for a complete offering of Substitute Teacher Services, to support elementary, middle and high schools in a variety of subjects and grade levels. Interested firms will execute and submit all information in accordance with the RFP's Proposal Submission Requirements and Instructions. The solicitation may result in an award to multiple contracts. Proposals are due no later than October 28, 2025 at 3:00pm EST. Pre-Proposal Meeting: See the solicitation for details.
