The Sheltering Arms Request for Bids The Sheltering Arms is accepting sealed bids for janitorial and cleaning services for 15 centers located in Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett and Douglas counties. Sealed bids must be received by the Sheltering Arms Administrative Office, 385 Centennial Olympic Park Drive, Atlanta, GA 30313 by 5:00 pm, Tuesday, February 26, 2019 and must be clearly marked "Sheltering Arms Janitorial Bid" on the outside of the sealed bid. Bids will be opened on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room of the Sheltering Arms Administrative Offices. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids received shall be good for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the opening of the bid. The Sheltering Arms reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Electronic bids are accepted. The Sheltering Arms also reserves the right to waive any informality or technicalities relative to any or all bids or proposals and to request any additional information or clarification deem for evaluation of any bid or proposal. Once the contract is awarded it will remain in effect for two (3) years, beginning March 15, 2019 to March 31, 2022. Contracts are reviewed by The Sheltering Arms Review Bid Committee. 2-8/2019
