CITY OF ATLANTA PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF ATLANTA DEPARTMENT OF GRANTS & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CITY OF ATLANTA'S 2020-2024 CONSOLIDATED PLAN 2024 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) PUBLIC NOTICE - The Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 1:30pm for the City of Atlanta's Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Program Year (PY) 2024. Citizens are encouraged to attend and provide input. The City of Atlanta, in compliance with applicable U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, has prepared a draft version of the City's CAPER for the PY 2024. The CAPER provides annual performance reporting of the City of Atlanta's outputs and outcomes that enables an assessment of performance in achieving the goals and objectives identified in the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and PY2024 Annual Action Plan. The CAPER, in conjunction with the Integrated Disbursement Information System (IDIS), fulfills statutory and regulatory program reporting requirements and provides HUD with the necessary information to assess the overall program performance and accomplishments for the following grant programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), the HOME Housing Investment Partnerships Program, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). A draft of the City's CAPER will be available during the Public Comment period, March 10 March 25, 2025, on the Department of Grants and Community Development's (DGCD's) website: https://www.atlantaga.gov/government/departments/grants-and-community-development. The public also may choose to submit comments by either or all four (4) method(s) listed: email at DGCD_Planning@CityOfAtlanta.onmicrosoft.com, by phone or voicemail at (404) 330-6390, by mail and/or in person at Atlanta City Hall, Department of Grants and Community Development, 55 Trinity Avenue SW, Suite 3500, Atlanta GA 30303.
