City of Gadsden Request for Qualifications (RFQ) The City of Gadsden, Alabama, desires to update its zoning ordinance(s) and associated map(s) and is seeking the services of a firm with extensive experience and skills to assist in the planning, drafting, and design of an updated zoning ordinance and map(s). The selected consultant will work with the City to define the scope, establish a project timeline, and facilitate City and public involvement to produce the comprehensive Zoning Update.
