Decatur Housing Authority Project Based Voucher Program Waiting List Opening Decatur Housing Authority (DHA) will open its Project Based Voucher Program (PBV) waiting list online for Calvin Court, Philips Tower, and Decatur Christian Towers senior residences. WHO: Applicants must be 62 years of age or older at the time of application. WHEN: The waiting list will be open from 12:01 am on June 21, 2022, through 11:59 pm June 28, 2022, eight (8) days only. No applications will be accepted before or after these dates and times. The online application is available 24 hours a day during the open period. HOW: Applicants must apply online at www.decaturhousing.org and must provide an email address. Persons with a disability who cannot apply online without assistance may contact 404-270-2144 to request assistance, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm during the open period only.
