Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) Notice of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acceptance of Year 2024 and 2029 Noise Exposure Maps (NEMs) for ATL By notice in the Federal Register (90 FR 46456 (09/26/2025)) the FAA announced the agency's determination that the Year 2024 and 2029 NEMs for ATL comply with the requirements of Title 14 Part 150 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR 150). The NEMs identify compatible and noncompatible land uses in the vicinity of ATL. A copy of the official FAA acceptance letter, the NEMs, and supporting documentation are available for download on the City of Atlanta Department of Aviation's (DOA's) website for ATL (ATL.com). With advance notice, the letter, NEMs, and documentation are also available for public view at the DOA's Technical Support Campus (1255 South Loop Road, College Park).
