LEGAL NOTICE Georgia Power Company ("Georgia Power") has filed with the Georgia Public Service Commission (the "Commission") its Application for the Certification of Capacity from the 2029-2031 All-Source Request for Proposals ("RFP") and its Application for the Certification of Supplemental Resources for 2028-2031 Capacity. Copies of these filings are on file with the Commission and are also available for inspection at the region offices of Georgia Power. These matters have been assigned Docket No. 56298 and Docket No. 56310, respectively, and have been scheduled for hearing before the Commission pursuant to the Integrated Resource Plan Act, O.C.G.A § 46-3A-1 et seq, as well as Commission Utility Rule Chapter 515-3-4, Integrated Resource Planning. The Company direct hearing for both Docket No. 56298 and Docket No. 56310 will begin on October 21, immediately following the Commission's regularly scheduled Administrative Session at 9:30 a.m., and will be held in Room 110 of the Commission offices located at 244 Washington Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30334-5701. In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 46-2-59(c), persons wishing to intervene must file a Petition to Intervene with the Commission within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice. Pursuant to the Commission's Alternative eFile instructions, any pre-filed testimony or statements by interveners must be filed with the Commission's Executive Secretary by no later than 4:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025. All testimony must be pre-filed. Parties of record must also serve one another copies of any pre-filed testimony.
