The items for the public hearing are related to Comprehensive Plan and the Future Land Use Map updates and the City of South Fulton Zoning Ordinance text amendments. The location for the City Council meetings is at Welcome All Multipurpose Facility at Welcome All Park, located at 4255 Will Lee Road at approximately 6:00 p.m. Items for discussion include: 1) The City of South Fulton will amend the 2021 Comprehensive Plan to include text amendments and update various land use designations and various sections of the Plan that were made in error during the public planning process. The locations have been identified on a map that is located at the city's website at www.cityofsouthfultonga.gov In addition, a Parks and Recreation Land Use designation will be added to the Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map for areas in the City that are open space, parks and recreational areas. 2) The City of South Fulton will amend the Zoning Ordinance to include text amendments and update the descriptions and development standards of Rooming Houses as outlined in Section Sec. 904.18. - R. entitled Rooming Houses and Short-Term Rentals as outlined in Section Sec. 904.19. S contained within Appendix C of the Zoning Ordinance and within various sections throughout the ordinance. 3) The City of South Fulton will amend the Zoning Ordinance to include text amendments update and the listing of Overlay Districts as outlined in Section 202.06. - Overlay Districts contained within Appendix C of the Zoning Ordinance and within various sections throughout the ordinance.
