LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Bank OZK, Little Rock, Arkansas intends to make application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for approval to operate a branch banking facility located at 1530 Hwy 138, Conyers, Rockdale County, Georgia 30013. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director (DSC) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its office at 600 North Pearl Street, Suite 700, Dallas, Texas 75201 not later than November 27, 2024. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file in the Area Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
