Notice is hereby given that the Pinnacle Bank located at 150 3rd Ave., So., Suite 900, Nashville, TN 37201 has made application/notification to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions for approval to open a new branch location at Cumberland Center, 3333 Riverwood Pky, Suite 110, Atlanta, Cobb County, GA, 30339. Any person wishing to comment on this application/notification may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director (DSC) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Area Office at 6060 Primacy Parkway, Suite 300, Memphis, Tennessee, 38119, not later than 15 days from this date of publication (March 19, 2020). The nonconfidential portions of the application/notification are on file in the Area Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
