On September 25, 2023, Lafayette Federal Credit Union filed a Complaint against you for a Confession of Judgment and Breach of Contract. On November 25, 2024, the Court reissued a Writ of Summons to you. If you wish to defend, you must enter a written appearance personally or by attorney and file a written response within the time prescribed by the Rules.
