Notice of Application to Establish a Branch of a National Bank Notice is given that Fifth Third Bank, National Association, a federally chartered depository institution with its main office located at 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on December 31, 2020 as specified in 12 CFR Part 5 for permission to open a permanent, staffed branch at 4520 South Cobb Drive Southeast, Smyrna, Georgia 30080 ("Southeast Cobb BC").
