CITY OF ATLANTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE CITY OF ATLANTA'S PROPOSED APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO REDEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR EACH OF THE FOLLOWING TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICTS: (1) THE WESTSIDE TAX ALLOCATION BOND DISTRICT NUMBER ONE; (2) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER THREEPERRY BOLTON; (3) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER FIVE EASTSIDE; (4) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER SIXBELTLINE; (5) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER SEVENCAMPBELLTON ROAD; (6) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER EIGHTHOLLOWELL/M.L. KING; (7) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER NINEMETROPOLITAN PARKWAY; AND (8) TAX ALLOCATION DISTRICT NUMBER TENSTADIUM NEIGHBORHOOD. A public hearing will be held before the Community Development/Human Services Committee of the Atlanta City Council on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Larry M. Dingle Committee Room of Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, Second Floor, Atlanta, GA 30303. The Atlanta Development Authority (d/b/a Invest Atlanta), as redevelopment agency for the City of Atlanta's Tax Allocation Districts, has submitted proposed amendments to certain Tax Allocation District Redevelopment Plans to the City of Atlanta. The purpose of the public hearing is to seek public comment regarding the proposed approval of amendments to Redevelopment Plans for each of: (1) The Westside Tax Allocation Bond District Number One; (2) Tax Allocation District Number ThreePerry Bolton; (3) Tax Allocation District Number FiveEastside; (4) Tax Allocation District Number SixBeltline; (5) Tax Allocation District Number SevenCampbellton Road; (6) Tax Allocation District Number EightHollowell/M.L. King; (7) Tax Allocation District Number NineMetropolitan Parkway; and (8) Tax Allocation District Number TenStadium Neighborhood. At the hearing the redevelopment plan shall be recommended for approval as submitted, shall be further amended, or shall be rejected and returned to the redevelopment agency for further consideration. A copy of each Redevelopment Plan, as proposed to be amended, is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk, located at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Ave, S.W., Suite 2700, Atlanta, GA 30303.
