CITY OF DECATUR Notice of Public Hearings The Decatur Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the item(s) listed below. Pending recommendation by the Planning Commission, the Decatur City Commission will hold a public hearing and consider the item(s) at its regular meeting on Monday, September 28, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. 1) WT 318 Sycamore LLC c/o Andrew Rutledge, Office of Design has requested a change in land use designation from RL Low Density Residential to C Commercial/High Density Residential for property at 318 Sycamore Street and 317 E. Ponce de Leon Avenue. 2) WT 318 Sycamore LLC c/o Andrew Rutledge, Office of Design has requested a rezoning from R-60 Single Family Residential to C-2 General Commercial for property at 318 Sycamore Street and 317 E. Ponce de Leon Avenue. Due to the Public Health State of Emergency these hearings will be held remotely. There will not be a physical location for members of the public to attend.
