FULTON COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE Department of Community Development Comprehensive Annual Performance and Evaluation REPORT (CAPER) for Program Year 2024 Notice is hereby given that the CAPER for FY 2024 for Fulton County will be display for the period March 12 to March 26, 2025. The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) provides a review of the use of funds for the three federal programs from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program. This report contains information including: 1) Summary of the resources and accomplishments, 2) status of actions taken during the year to implement the goals outlined in the Consolidated Plan, and 3) evaluation of the progress made during the year in addressing identified priority needs and objectives.
