LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ISSUANCE BY THE URBAN RESIDENTIAL FINANCE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA OF ITS TAX-EXEMPT MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE NOTES IN ONE OR MORE SERIES HAVING AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $18,000,000 TO FINANCE A MULTIFAMILY HOUSING RENTAL DEVELOPMENT TO BE OWNED AND OPERATED BY TRUE LIGHT HAVEN SENIOR HOUSING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, as required by Section147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), that a public hearing will be held by or on behalf of the Urban Residential Finance Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (the "Authority") at its offices at 133Peachtree Street,N.E. Suite2900, Atlanta, Georgia30303, on the 3rd day of October, 2019, at 10:30a.m., concerning a proposed issuance by the Authority of its tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue notes in one or more series in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $18,000,000 (the "Notes"). The proceeds of the sale of the Notes, when and if issued, are to be used to finance a loan to True Light Haven Senior Housing Limited Partnership, a Georgia limited partnership (the "Borrower"), to finance a portion of the cost of the acquisition, construction and equipping by the Borrower of a multifamily housing rental development consisting of approximately 124apartment units to be known as True Light Haven Senior located at 1810 Anderson Avenue, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30318 (the "Project"). The proposed Notes will be a limited obligation of the Authority and will not be an obligation of the City of Atlanta, Georgia or of the State of Georgia, or of any county, municipal corporation or political subdivision of the State of Georgia. The proposed Notes will not be paid from taxes but will be payable by the Authority solely from amounts to be paid or provided by the Borrower and NO PERFORMANCE AUDIT OR PERFORMANCE REVIEW SHALL BE CONDUCTED WITH RESPECT TO SUCH BOND ISSUE. Any person wishing to express views on the proposed issuance of the Notes or the location or nature of the Project or plan of financing may be heard at such public hearing at the above address, or by submitting written comments prior to the date scheduled for the hearing to: W.
