Notice is hereby given that public hearings on the extension of a moratorium on small box discount stores will be held by the DeKalb County Planning Commission and the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners in the auditorium of the Maloof Center, 1300 Commerce Dr., Decatur, GA, on the following dates as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING DATE 6:30PM TUESDAY JANUARY 7, 2020; BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HEARING DATES 10:00AM TUESDAY JANUARY 14, 2020 10:00AM TUESDAY JANUARY 28, 2020 (IF NECESSARY) During these public hearings the planning commission and the board of commissioners shall consider and review whether to extend the current moratorium on small box discount stores. 1/2/20
