Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing shall be held in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 5440 Fulton Industrial Boulevard, South Fulton, Georgia on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 5 p.m. before the City of South Fulton City Council regarding the potential creation of a development impact fee program, including the preparation of a Capital Improvements Element, pursuant to the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act. Said public hearing will be held in accordance with Section (3)(a) of Chapter 110-12-2-.04 of the State's Development Impact Fee Compliance Requirements. Any persons wishing to learn of the process of preparing a development impact fee program, which will include a Capital Improvements Element, or to provide input on needs and goals of such a program are invited to attend. 2-6-25
