Notice is hereby given that a public hearing shall be had on an application to rezone the property located at 2816 Chamblee Tucker Road, Chamblee, Georgia 30041, tax parcel identification number 18 282 14 057; 2820 and 2822 Chamblee Tucker Road, Chamblee, Georgia 30041, tax parcel identification number 18 282 14 058; and 2824 Chamblee Tucker Road, Chamblee, Georgia 30341, tax parcel identification number 18 282 14 050, pursuant to Article 4, Chapter 66, Title 36, of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. The current zoning classification of the property is "C-1" (DeKalb County Local Commercial Zoning District) as is shown on the current Official Zoning Map of DeKalb County. The proposed zoning classification of the property is "DC-A" (City of Chamblee Dekalb County-Annexed Zoning District).
