The Community Development/Human Resources Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold its first quarter Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) Amendments Public Hearing on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 2nd floor, City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W. on the following proposed CDP amendments: (1) 18-O-1740 CDP-19-001 An Ordinance by Councilmember Natalyn Archibong to amend the Land Use element of the 2016 Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) so as to designate property located at 465 Morgan Place to the Single-Family Residential Land Use Designation and for other purposes. NPU-O Council District 5 (2) 18-O-1743 CDP-19-002 An Ordinance by Councilmember Natalyn Archibong to amend the Land Use element of the 2016 Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) so as to designate property located at 536 Quillian to the Single-Family Residential Land Use Designation and for other purposes.
