PUBLIC NOTICE Community Development/Human Services Committee October 28, 2025 1:30 p.m. The Community Development/Human Services Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing in City Hall 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Marvin S. Arrington, Sr. Council Chamber on the following proposed legislation: (25-O-1491/CDP-25-028) A SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE PIEDMONT PARK MASTER PLAN AS THE CITY OF ATLANTA'S MASTER PLAN FOR PIEDMONT PARK; TO INCORPORATE THE PIEDMONT PARK MASTER PLAN INTO THE CITY OF ATLANTA COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Atlanta for the purpose of the examination and inspection of the public. 10-9-25
