CITY OF ATLANTA OFFICE OF GRANTS MANAGEMENT PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF ATLANTA'S CONSOLIDATED PLAN 2019 DRAFT CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) PUBLIC NOTICE Public Input is requested for the City of Atlanta's Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) FY 2019. The City of Atlanta, in compliance with applicable U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, has prepared a draft version of the City's Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Federal Fiscal Year 2019. The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) provides annual performance reporting of the City of Atlanta's outputs and outcomes that enables an assessment of performance in achieving the goals and objectives identified in the 2014-2019 Consolidated Plan and FY19 Annual Action Plan. The CAPER, in conjunction with the Integrated Disbursement Information System (IDIS), fulfills statutory and regulatory program reporting requirements and provides HUD with the necessary information to assess the overall program performance and accomplishments for following grant programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), the HOME Housing Investment Partnership program, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). A draft of the City's Comprehensive Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be available for citizens and acceptance of written comments in the Office of Grants and Community Development, 55 Trinity Street, Suite 3500, Atlanta, Georgia. The draft report will be available February 27, 2020 March 27, 2020. All written comments will be submitted with the Final report which is due to HUD no later than March 31, 2020. 2/27/20
