Columbia Residential PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE OPENING DATE AND CLOSING DATE OF THE SITE-BASED WAITING LIST Amani Place Amani Place, located at 1572 Hardee St NE, Atlanta, GA 30307, will open the waiting list for its low-income family public housing program at 9:00 a.m. (EST) on Friday, March 6, 2020. Applications may ONLY be submitted by visiting www.columbiares.com/waitlistwww.columbiares.com/waitlist.com Communities (bedroom sizes available): Amani Place 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms. Open Date: Friday, March 6, 2020 Close Date: Automatic once maximum applicants reached Only 1500 applications will be accepted at the property listed. When 1500 applications are accepted in the system, the property list will close. Annual Household Income: There is no minimum income needed to apply. To qualify for housing, a household's income must not exceed: Number of Persons Maximum Income Per Year* 1 $33,480 2 $38,280 3 $43,080 4 $47,820 5 $51,660 6 $55,500 7 $59,340 8 $63,180 *As of 2019. Subject to change by HUD Priority Categories: Eligible applicants will be ranked on the site-based waiting list according to the recorded date and time their fully completed pre-application forms were completed. All information provided by the applicant will be verified from all applicable sources including but not limited to employers, providers, and federal, state and local government agencies. Applicants who have misrepresented any information during the application process may be removed from the site-based waiting list or, if housed, subject to lease termination. In addition, applicants who have previously participated in any assisted housing program and were terminated for cause may not be eligible. Applicants who are determined ineligible will be offered the opportunity to participate in an informal meeting with management to dispute the ineligibility decision.
