GovMVMT Government Purchasing Cooperative Master Agreement for K12 Classroom Furniture, Installation and Related Products and Services Issue Date: July 21st, 2022 Proposals Due: August 31st, 2022 RFP #5111 The School Board of the City of Virginia Beach also known as the Virginia Beach City Public Schools (herein referred to as "VBCPS" or "Lead Public Agency") on behalf of itself and all state, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein "Participating Public Agencies") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of receiving proposals to enter into a multi-year Master Agreement for K12 Classroom Furniture, Installation and Related Products and Services (herein "Products and Services") through the GovMVMT Purchasing Cooperative. Interested vendors (also herein referred to as "Contractors", "Suppliers" or "Manufacturers") will execute and submit all information in accordance with these instructions and the applicable provisions of the specifications. The resulting contract may be awarded to multiple suppliers. Proposals are due no later than 4pm Eastern on August 31st, 2022. Pre-Proposal Meeting: Scheduled for August 4th, 2022 at 11am Eastern. See Solicitation for details. All proposals shall be accepted by the due date/time noted on the title page utilizing DemandStar e-bidding only. 7-27-22
