Juanita Gardner Village PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE OPENING DATE OF THE SITE-BASED WAITING LIST Juanita Gardner Village is accepting waitlist applications for all its 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Eligible residents will pay no more than 30% of their adjusted monthly income for rent and utilities, subject to applicable requirements. Juanita Gardner Village also accepting pre-applications for fully accessible units designed for residents with mobility-related disabilities or who may use a wheelchair or scooter. Waitlist Period: Open Date: 03/26/2026 at 9:00 a.m. Close Date: 03/27/2025 at 5:00 p.m. Waitlist Applications will only be accepted online. Simply type as your email message " I am interested in applying". - You will receive an automated email response that will provide a link to the Waitlist Application - Once you receive the automated email response, please click the link provided to apply. Please be aware of the following requirements to applicants who submit a waitlist-application: - Only one Waitlist Application per applicant will be accepted. - Applicants must have an email address to complete the Waitlist Application. - Any Waitlist Application that is not fully and accurately completed by an Applicant will not be accepted. Waitlist Selection Priority: Preference will be given to the existing residents who currently reside at Juanita Gardner and are currently unsubsidized. All other applicants will be placed on our waitlist in order received after preferences are applied. Eligible applicants must be 55 years of age or older and will be ranked on the site-based waiting list according to the recorded date and time their fully completed waitlist application forms were received and accepted by management. Applicants who request a fully accessible unit will also be placed on the general waiting list and the accessible unit waiting list. Requests for Reasonable Accommodations during the waitlist application process will be taken by telephone on 03/26/26-03/27/26, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00 pm or TTY/Relay 711.
