PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF BROOKHAVEN NOTICE OF QUALIFYING FEES The date of the Municipal Election for the seats of Council Districts 2 (two) and 4 (four) is Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The qualifying fee for each council seat is $936.00, which is 3% of the total gross salary of the preceding year (Georgia Election Code 21-2-131 (a). Each candidate shall file a notice of candidacy in the office of the City Clerk of Brookhaven, at Brookhaven City Hall, Wednesday August 20, 2025, through Friday, August 22, 2025, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Georgia Election Code 21-2-132 (c) (3 (A).
