PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF THE FULTON COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF A REUSE FEE The County has completed the connection of the reuse water system to the Johns Creek Environmental Campus and is producing reuse water for the purposes of irrigation. The County is proposing the establishment of a reuse rate of $0.59/1000 gallons. The purpose of the rate is to recoup the operation and maintenance costs of the reuse system. The Fulton County Department of Public Works will hold scheduled public meetings from 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on the following dates: Monday, April 15, 2019 Fulton County South Service Center 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park, Georgia 30349 Tuesday, April 16, 2019 Fulton County Water Resources Operations Center 11575 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009, 2nd Floor Persons wishing to comment on the proposed establishment of the above-referenced reuse fee are invited to submit their comments in writing to The Fulton County Department of Public Works, 141 Pryor Street S.W., Suite 6001, Atlanta, Georgia 30303 or via e-mail at ray.wooten@fultoncountyga.gov, within 15 days of this notice. "Establishment of a reuse rate" should be placed at the top of the first page of comments or subject of email.
