- PUBLIC NOTICE - Please be advised that the Employee Benefit Plan Council (EBPC) and State Personnel Board (SPB) will convene on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET via teleconference and the following in-person location: 200 Piedmont Ave, SE, 18th Floor, West Tower, Atlanta, Georgia 30334 (Sloppy Floyd Memorial Building - Conference Room 1816 A/B) at 10:00 a.m. Below are agenda items for the meetings and information for joining virtually. The EBPC agenda includes the approval of minutes of the March 25, 2025, EBPC meeting, as well as presentations and Council votes, on the following: 1) Proposed Plan Changes for Plan Year 2026 (Health Care Flexible Spending Account Limit Increase, the Long-Term Care Rate Increase, the Dental Plans Rate Increases, and the Employee Life Insurance One-Up) and 2) Statewide Flexible Benefits Program Contract Extensions and Renewals for Plan Year 2026 (Vision, Dental HMO and PPO, Flexible Spending Accounts, Legal Plans, Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Long-Term Care, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Cancer Insurance, and Broker and Consultant Services). The SPB agenda includes approval of minutes for the March 25, 2025, SPB meeting, as well as presentations and Board votes on the following: 1) Rule modifications to release for public comment: State Personnel Board Rule 478-1-.16, Absence from Work; 2) Modifications to the Compensation Plan for the targeted increase of the LAW salary structure to release for public comment; and 3) Georgia State Charitable Contributions Program charity list for the 2025 Campaign. A presentation will also be given on the Georgia State Charitable Contributions Program contract renewal. Note that meeting attendance (whether virtual or in person) is listen-only.
