Villa Rica, Georgia 30180 770-832-2360 Proposals are sought for the lease of: The Lake Tara Marina 10234 Lakeview Parkway and/or The Country Club Restaurant 7500 Monticello Drive The Fairfield Plantation POA, Inc. (Association) is seeking proposals from bidders to lease an existing restaurant located at 10234 Lakeview Parkway overlooking Lake Tara and a restaurant located at 7500 Monticello Drive overlooking the Golf Course (Restaurants). A proposal will be accepted for one of the Association owned Restaurants or both together. The Marina Restaurant is owned by the Association and is an events and entertainment venue for residents and their accompanied guests as well as timeshare guests visiting throughout the year. The Restaurant includes an equipped kitchen, patio seating area with furniture for approximately 100, a covered band stand, inside seating; and full bar service area. Additionally, the marina operator would be solely responsible for fuel sales for resident boaters throughout the year. The Country Club Restaurant is also owned by the Association, located in our Country Club overlooking the 18-hole golf course, Country Club pool and tennis courts. This restaurant is an events and entertainment venue for residents and their accompanied guests, timeshare guests, golf members and daily play golfers. The Restaurant includes an equipped kitchen, formal dining room, veranda room, bar area, and patio seating area. Being on the Golf Course, the Country Club Restaurant operator is expected to offer menu appropriate options for the clientele using the golf facilities as well as beverage cart services on the course. There are 1878+ households with approximately 6,000 residents located within our gated community and approximately 10,000 visitors to the timeshare units each year.
