NOTICE BY PUBLICATION TO ABSENT DEFENDANT STATE OF GEORGIA TO: ERIC GAMBRELL YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED in a Civil Action pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Ocean County, Docket Number: OCN-L-2301-18, instituted by JAMES A. MAGGS, ESQUIRE of MAGGS & MC DERMOTT, LLC, 3349 Highway 138, Building C, Suite D, Wall, New Jersey (07719) (732) 223-9870, attorneys for the Plaintiffs, SUSAN GUIRO and CHESTER GUIRO. YOU, ERIC GAMBRELL, are named as a party Defendant to this action based upon a motor vehicle accident that occurred on September 30, 2016, wherein you operated a motor vehicle that caused injuries to the Plaintiffs listed herein.
