Application Intake Event! We will be hosting a one-day application intake event on April 2nd from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our one-bedroom apartments are priced at $1,149 utilities included. Our two-bedroom apartments are priced at $1,378 utilities included. The income restrictions are as follows: 1 person 42,900 Maximum Annual Income Limit. 2 person 49,020 Maximum Annual Income Limit. 3 person 55,140 Maximum Annual Income Limit. 4 perso 61,260 Maximum Annual Income Limit. Please ensure you have each household members birth certificate, social security card, photo ID, six current paystubs. Please bring a $50 money order for each application per applicant.
